What Our Customers Say

Real reviews from real customers on Google.

“You get almost every indian stuff, especially vegetables and grains. Even masalas. Staff is humble and polite. Well organized store.”
Yazdan Khan
“Very friendly store selling Halal Meat. It is my first time visiting, someone who works here will come and help me find something I need or explains some items what they are, how it taste really patient. If you are Halal die, you must come here in the west side of Saskatoon. I tried a new flavour chips/crisps. This India's magic masala tasted actually quite good, not too spicy, but mild/strong for local people.”
James Kan
“One of my favourite places to go! Great deals, excellent staff. They're always so helpful and gracious! I love shopping here.”
Victoria Boyd
“Very organized, place to find Indian and Pakistani food, delicious sweets, halal meat of Chicken, Mutton and Beef, Indian and Pakistani spices, Pakistani cookies. Very polite and friendly staff.”
Malik Anas
“I've been shopping here for 9 years and the prices and products are still the best for Bengladeshis. Moving here from Queens, NY it was hard to find desi food and Swadesh is the best for desi food and ingrediants in Saskatoon.”
Asif Akand
“Omg!!! I gotta go back. So many spices there are really good prices. They had spices I have trouble finding.”
Amanda S
“This market is jam packed with great variety on produce, meat, and grocery; as well they have very helpful staff, thank you. We frequently pick up meat from the butcher counter, and they always offer to cut it how we want and/or remove skin.”
Stephanie Wilson
“It was great experience I lost my gold ring they found it and return it back to me sweets were delicious.”
Anmol Singh
“My favourite ethnic supermarket. Everything is authentic, as if you've stepped into another country. Best selection of rice. The only place that carries Matouk's sauce. The desserts by the till are a must try, and they don't mind you taking one piece of each different thing, as they all price the same. The people are friendly and helpful even if you have no clue about what you're looking for.”
Robert Judge
“It's a pakistani and indian grocery store with many varieties at reasonable price compared to other south asian stores locally in Saskatoon. Management is sound with good customer service and meat is delicious there as its fresh and now they have started storing GF products such as ghee and chicken sausage. I wish they expand on special food section as well. Overall a nice experience.”
Khadija Mehdi
